Who doesn't want to live a healthy life.
But when we try live one, we experience that it's not so easy, especially in today work life.

This is not a fitness program sales pitch.
So no fitness program here, what we have is a way to live a better life.

Most of the working professional live a sedentary lifestyle. We can improve our lifestyle by changing our habits.

OVERVIEW

After college when i started my graduation project. I noticed my health was declining, I had lower stamina and less energy, even short meeting's used to make me feel tired.

I found that it was due to my shift in lifestyle from active college student to a sedentary lifestyle.

I was not the only one with such lifestyle, nearly 80% of all working professionals have a sedentary lifestyle (according to medium article by 'office hour')

this case study is about coming up with a solution to tackle sedentary lifestyle in order to improve health & well being.

Understanding lifestyle

What is a sedentary lifestyle?
A sedentary lifestyle is one that involves very little or no physical exercise, wherein most of the day is spent sitting, lying down and expending very little energy.

Concept behind tackling sedentary lifestyle

Sedentary lifestyle is basically lack of physical activity, the basic concept of tackling sedentary lifestyle is to promote more and more physical activity.

It becomes little challenging to do that in a professional environment.,

WHY make an app ?

Solution might be a device to regulate and measure physical activity.

Designing a new product: best solution but might be too expensive.

Mobile & Fitness tracker: These are the most common devices, that fits our requirements.
and they are owned by many people to make them a viable option.
